We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:
- Product colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings.
- Minor variations in fabric, embroidery, print, or stitching may occur as part of the manufacturing process.
- Measurements are approximate. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
3. Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable). Acceptance of your order is subject to product availability and successful payment verification.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
- Ready-to-ship orders will be delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines for customized or made-to-order products will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Please note:
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
7. Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
8. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive an incorrect item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Conditions:
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be retained.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
9. Refunds
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
10. Intellectual Property
All product designs, blouse patterns, embroidery designs, images, graphics, logos, videos, and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Anvi Fashions Couture. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Anvi Fashions Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid for the product in question.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required for payment processing, shipping, or legal compliance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

16.Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Customized, made-to-order, altered, and stitched products are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund unless the product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged during transit, or an incorrect item has been delivered by us.
17.Customer Measurement Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Anvi Fashions Couture shall not be responsible for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer.
